The MTA consultant will work side by side with your project leaders to assess the uncertainty inherent in the schedule or cost estimates, and apply simple computer-based tools to model the likely outcomes of the project. This information is then applied to adjust the project plan where necessary to minimize the uncertainty and achieve the desired level of confidence either in the committed delivery dates or budget.
