This workshop covers the basics that every Six Sigma team needs to know to manage its process improvements projects more effectively. The method taught is the same one utilized in our other project management training programs – we’ve just applied it to the Six Sigma project environment. Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts and team members will benefit from learning essential tools for helping them keep their projects on track. Included are a full integration of Six Sigma with project management, defining accountability, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, team leadership, developing a schedule and more.
